- Leave the M5 at Junction 27 and join the A361 North Devon Link Road, signposted Barnstaple.
- Stay on the A361 for approximately 55 miles, passing through South Molton, then continue through Barnstaple and Braunton towards Ilfracombe.
- Continue on the A361 towards Ilfracombe.
- As you approach Ilfracombe, follow your sat nav to EX34 9RW or Oxenpark Lane.
- The Fold Yard Luxury Escapes is located on Oxenpark Lane, just outside Ilfracombe.

On the final approach along Oxenpark Lane, after approximately one mile, take the right-hand turning signposted ‘The Fold Yard Luxury Escapes’. If you reach the Keypitts entrance sign, you have gone too far!
